Disengage three locators located on BIW 31. plenum panel brackets and two locaters at front ends. Remove the dashboard, while removing 32. Dashboard carefully disengage HVAC system (If applicable) behind the glove box. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of the removal. ON BENCH COCKPIT DISMANTLING III. Remove steering wheel with Driver air bag (If 1. applicable) (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). Pull out Driver lower panel. (For procedure 6. follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). Pry out gap hider fitted on the dashboard sub 7. assembly. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). Pry out center facia and air vent assembly 8. along with Hazard switch and Fascia switch. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). Remove music system (If applicable). (For 9. procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). Remove the glove box. (For procedure follow 10. the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). Remove PAB Assembly (If applicable). (For 11. procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). Remove solar load sensor. (if applicable) (For 12. procedure follow the steps as mentioned in HVAC section). Remove the Dashboard skin. (For procedure 13. follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). Remove the PDC unit on the CCB. (For 14. procedure follow the steps as mentioned in Electrical Section). Remove the Cabin fuse and relay unit. (For 15. procedure follow the steps as mentioned in Electrical Section).
