Remove four nuts securing brake booster to 8. firewall. Remove brake booster carefully. 9. INSTALLATION Clean TMC and brake booster mating surfaces. 1. Mount brake booster on firewall and tighten four nuts to specified torque. (2.0 - 2.5 Kg-m). Tighten brake master cylinder mounting nut in 2. specified sequence & torque (2.0 - 2.5 Kg-m). Refit clevis pin. 3. Insert the quarter pin in clevis pin for locking. 4. Connect vacuum hose to brake booster. 5. Mount TMC on booster and tighten all fasteners 6. to specified torque (1.0 - 1.6Kgm) Reconnect all hydraulic lines to TMC and 7. tighten coupling nuts to specified torque (1.4 - 1.8Kgm). Reconnect the CMC hose to reservoir (If 8. applicable). Reconnect the electrical connector of brake 9. fluid level switch. Top up the recommended quantity of brake oil 10. and bleed the system. Reconnect Battery. 11. BRAKES 49
