REMOVAL OF CARRIER V. Remove Wheel. (Refer Wheel removal 1. procedure) Remove Caliper. (Refer Caliper removal 2. procedure) Remove brake pads from carrier assembly. 3. (Refer Brake pad removal procedure) Remove Mountings on knuckle to remove 4. carrier. Remove pad retraction clip. 5. ASSEMBLY OF CARRIER VI. Hold carrier in the holding device firmly. 1. Note: Image for Illustration purpose only. Assemble the new pad spring the carrier on 2. both leading side and trailing side. Assemble the new carrier assembly to the 3. knuckle. Apply recommended torque. Ensure correct fitment. Carefully assemble the inner and outer pad 4. assemblies respectively and ensure the free to and fro movements of pads.(Refer PAD Assembly Procedure) Reinstall the caliper to the carrier. (Refer 5.
