REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF WHEEL C. HUB REMOVAL Place the vehicle in the two-post lift and apply 1. parking brake. Remove wheel rim cover. 2. Loosen the wheel mounting bolts. 3. Lift the car till the front wheels are off the 4. ground. Unscrew the wheel mounting bolts and remove 5. the wheel. Unscrew and remove tie rod ball joint nut. 6. Remove tie rod ball joint using puller part No. 7. 2702 5890 4602. Support the lower arm from bottom. 8. Hold hub assembly with holder part No. 2702 9. 5890 3301. Unstake and unscrew drive shaft nut and take 10. out the thrust washer. Remove holder from the hub assembly. 11. Remove the caliper housing from the knuckle. 12. Unscrew the disc holding screws and remove 13. the disc. Unscrew the sensor mounting screw and 14. remove the sensor (if applicable). Pull out the hub with the help of puller part No. 15. 2702 5890 3302 and striker part No. 2702 5890 3304. Remove puller from the hub. 16. FRONT & REAR SUSPENSION 30
