Torque values must be maintained as specified during reassembly for proper retention of the parts. The 2. replacement parts should be of the same quality as of the designed parts. Damaged parts should be replaced only with new parts. Welding, straightening, or any other form of 3. repairing should not be attempted. Lower arm bushes are to be aligned properly while fitment. 4. Care should be taken while handling spring loaded suspension components. 5. Ensure no damage/cut to the rubber bush/boot/bellow/seat while dismantling or reassembling components 6. like lower control arm, RTB, damper, ARB, ball joint etc. Use only soap based lubricant, for rubber bush assembly / insertion/ pressing, such that it dries out quickly 7. and leaves no residual lubrication effect.
