REMOVAL Gently pry out the drive mode switch. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection. 2. REFITMENT For refitment follow the removal procedure in reverse. STEERING LOCK CUM IGNITION SWITCH I. FUNCTION To lock the steering wheel To start & stop the engine To switch on accessories and other electrical system LOCATION It is fitted on steering column below the steering wheel and combi switch. REMOVAL & REFITMENT OF STEERING LOCK CUM IGNITION SWITCH (SLCIS): REMOVAL Disconnect battery negative terminal. 1. Remove steering nacelle. Refer “Removal & 2. refitment of steering nacelle” from steering section. Remove steering wheel. Refer “Removal & 3. refitment of steering wheel” from steering section. Remove combi switch.
