Before flashing TCU which is present in vehicle, read the data from TCU through “Read Statistical Data” in Service Tool. 3. Store the data in Diagnostic tool. 4. Flash the software into the TCU. 5. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec). 6. Now turn ON Ignition only and keep engine OFF. 7. The precondition for “Grid Self Tuning” routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON b. Gear box in Neutral c. Engine is OFF 8. Perform “Grid self-tuning” through service Tool. 9. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec) 10. Now turn on Ignition and crank the engine and ensure that engine is running. 11. Ensure that following precondition “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON b. Gear box in Neutral c. Engine is running in idle. 12. Perform “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine through service Tool 13. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec). 14. Now turn on Ignition and Perform “Write Statistical Data” routine in Service Tool. 15. Switch OFF and then switch ON Ignition. 16. Clear DTC and check DTC if any.
