SUSPENSION 40 16.Remove the damper bottom mounting bolt LH/RH. 17.Remove the Pivot bracket mounting to BIW mounting 4 bolts LH/RH. 18.After above steps, hold the RTB properly and slowly lower fixture with the help of jacks supporting the RTB fixture. 19.In case of installation fixture is not available and jack is used as per step no 10, after above steps, hold the RTB properly and slowly lower the two jacks supporting the RTB at equal level. 20.Once the coil springs are sufficiently relaxed and free to move remove them and now the RTB can be removed from the vehicle along with PHR and pivot brackets attached to it Note: Tightening with snug torqueing and angle torqueing of Rear Suspension on body to be done in ECIE / Preload condition only. No jacking to be done on beam. INSTALLATION Follow Reverse procedure for Installation of Torsion Beam. NOTE: Apply soap water to the bush and the bore of twist beam assembly before installation. Tightening of RTB on body to be done in ECIE / Preload condition. No jacking to be done on beam, avoid oil based lubricant while pushing the bushes in eye. All RTB mounting fasteners to be fitted in ECIE / Preload condition (applicable wherever bush fasteners) GEN-3 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE: 1. It requires specific care for bolt tightening sequence and torque value. 2. Sequences of bolt tightening of inner flange into the knuckle / RTB normally carried out as described in view H 2-3 Kg-m. 3. Tightening torque value of 2-3 Kg-m is applied to bolts in sequence of 1-3-2-4. 4. Bolt tightening sequence must be followed to avoid abnormal residual face deformation of gen-3 bearing. NOTE  Do not reuse Gen3 Bearing mounting bolts.  Apply thread adhesive on bolt prior to assembly
