SUSPENSION 38 Spring Orientation 4. Raise the torsion beam using hydraulic jack so that the coil spring gets compressed and Damper Assembly sits exactly over torsion beam properly. 5. Refit and Torque Rear Damper Assembly Bottom Fastener. (As per torque table). 6. Refit the rear wheels. 7. Remove the Car from 2 Post Lift. NOTE: While fitment of damper the bottom bush to be tighten in ECIE / Preload condition. Jacking on the beam not to be done to avoid failure. 22. REAR SUSPENSION DISMANTLING OR INSTALLATION 1. Position the vehicle in the two post lift. 2. Remove the rear wheels. 3. Remove Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank (refer Engine section). 4. Lift the vehicle using two post lift. NOTE Refer Brake section prior to servicing brake components for cautions and details. 5. Disconnect the electrical connection to the caliper assy. 6. Remove the wheel sensor and set aside.
