In case problem not located, next step b Unmount the TCU from the valve body and investigate any loose contacts/damaged valves/ sensor connectors. Is any kit component damaged? Replace/Rectify the problematic transmission component Replace the transmission (including kit) 4 a> and check for any missing input from the list (for example brake switch problem, low battery voltage etc) Is problem located? Rectify the problem Replace the relevant component 5 Replace/Rectify the problematic clutch component Recheck the above steps Replace the relevant component - After rectificat the following points by referring TCU parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. and confirm that variable Drive the vehicle through all gears in both Automatic and Manual modes Ensure no DTC is active and Transmission Fault Lamp is OFF.
