HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 59 STEP 5 Replace the failed Contactor relay as needed (The screws Position shown in below pic). Loosen and fasten the screw to specified torque. Screw M4X14 (Blue mark) with Tightening Torque 2.5 Nm±10%. Screw M5X20 (Red mark) with Tightening Torque 3.5 Nm±10%. STEP 6 After the replacement of Relay , re-assemble the components back to PDU ;s The re-assemble sequence is step6→step5→step4→step3→step2→step1.
