SUSPENSION 33 v. INSTALLATION OF SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY 1. Assemble the ball joint assembly to the lower arm. 2. Position the lower arm to the Subframe and tighten its front and rear pivot bush bolts. NOTE: Lower control arm fitment on subframe in ECIE condition as below 3. Assemble anti roll bar to Subframe. 4. Assemble the steering rack assembly to Subframe. 5. Raise the cross member to the body. 6. Fix the Subframe to the vehicle by tightening the four bolts and one screw. 7. Assemble crank reinforcement bracket. 8. Fix Battery connection wiring harness on reinforcement bracket. 9. Fix underbody battery connection guard. 10.Connect the EPAS for the rack assembly. 11.Fit the tie rod ball joint of steering rack to the knuckle. 12.Fix the lower arm to the knuckle. 13.Fix the 'C' mount and stab link. 14.Install exhaust Front Pipe Assy. 15.Assemble the underbody cover.
