SUSPENSION 41 Spring Orientation 4. Raise the torsion beam using hydraulic jack so that the coil spring gets compressed and Damper Assembly sits exactly over torsion beam properly. 5. Refit and Torque Rear Damper Assembly Bottom Fastener. (As per torque table). 6. Refit the rear wheels. 7. Remove the Car from 2 Post Lift. NOTE: While fitment of damper the bottom bush to be tighten in ECIE condition. Jacking on the beam not to be done to avoid failure. 23. REAR SUSPENSION DISMANTLING OR INSTALLATION (FOR DRUM BRAKE) 1. Position the vehicle in the two post lift. 2. Remove and loosen wheel nuts. 3. Remove the wheel. 4. Remove Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank (refer Engine section). 5. Lift the vehicle using two post lift. 6. Slacken off the hand brake cable. 7. Remove the screw. 8. Remove the brake drum by gently tapping by mallet.
