1.2L REVOTRON Bi FUEL CNG ENGINE 57 VI. Receptacle Valve O-Ring Replacement : Changing frequency: Once in a year / If Damaged. 1. Remove o-ring from NGV Mini housing with the help of a small plastic screw driver and discard. 2. Clean NGV Mini with compressed air. NOTE There should not be any dust in the O-ring slot. 3. Assemble the O-ring 9.19 x 2.62 into the NGV mini housing. NOTE Wear rubber gloves while handling O-ring. No twisting or damage to O-ring. 4. Perform leakage test after replacement.
