ELECTRICAL 64 6. Remove steering wheel using steering wheel puller. (Part No. 8855TOOL0001) Note: Below shown Image is for illustration purpose only. CAUTION Don't excessive force or hammering on steering wheel for fitment. Care should be taken such that self-cancellation lugs do not get damaged (self-cancellation lugs are shown in below figure with arrows). INSPECTION: Check for any damage to self-cancellation lugs, if found, replace complete steering wheel. INSTALLATION: 1. Align the marks made on the steering wheel and the shaft. Install steering wheel on steering shaft. 2. Tighten the steering wheel nut to the specified torque. Tightening torque (Steering wheel nut) = 4Kg-m 3. Fit horn pad (Press fit type). 4. Connect battery. NOTE: Wheel alignment is necessary after installation (Refer wheel alignment procedure). I. FUEL FLAP SWITCH FUNCTION: The switch function is to send flap opening & closing single to ECU. If Flap open, ECU not allowed to crank the vehicle. CONNECTION DETAILS: CIRCUIT DIAGRAM
