Replace the valve with a new one and install as per given instructions Teflon tape is not properly wrapped Unwrap the Teflon tape and clean the threads. Wrap a new Teflon tape as per given instructions .Always check the Cylinder valve and Cylinder threads at the time of installation of new valve. 11 Pressure Release Device/Valve Activated Cylinder subjected to high pressure/temperature Replace the Cylinder valve with a new one. Do not attempt to repair or re-use the faulty valve. 12 Gas is not coming from Cylinder Excess flow device activated due to pressure difference 1. Close the manual valve and wait for a few minutes. 2.
