1.2L REVOTRON Bi FUEL CNG ENGINE 189 16. Loosen and remove the nuts holding the cylinder straps. 17. Swivel the straps about its hinges. 18. Take out the cylinder. NOTE Please note that an empty cylinder weighs about 70kg and due care must be taken when lifting the cylinder so as not to cause injury. Ensure that the cylinder valve do not touch / strike anywhere during the removal of the cylinder to avoid damaged to valve. 19. Hold the cylinder in a suitable fixture. 20. Remove the cylinder valve from the cylinder using a torque wrench & special tightening tool (Part No: 5424 5890 4701). WARNING Extreme Caution must be taken when attempting to remove the cylinder valve from the cylinder. 21. Ensure that the moon valve threads are free from burrs, Teflon tape and any irregularities. 22. Replace the moon valve with new one in case moon valve is faulty. 23. Remove the stem protection cap / cylinder neck ”O-Ring” from the valve thread.
