Remove the receptacle unit. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. Conduct leak detection test after the fitment. Maintenance of CNG filler valve: The Filling receptacle requires minimal maintenance except for the periodic replacement of eth O-ring which needs replacement every 15,000km. FILLING RECEPTACLE REMOVAL (FOR TIGOR) 1. Close the CNG shutoff valve at the cylinder. Start the vehicle and keep running to empty the CNG fuel from the system. 2. Loosen the top clamp and slide down the collapsible hoses. 3. Disconnect gas connections to the cylinder valve. 4. Loosen the bottom clamp and slide down the collapsible hoses.
