HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 57 PART 2: Replacing of Fuses STEP 1 Dissemble PTC & Compressor terminals, Temperature Sensors & all interlock connectors (shown in below pic).Un-plug all the interlocks and all Control Coils with a proper tool (like a tweezer etc.) carefully. STEP 2 Detach PCBA screws including AP308 7PCS (Red circle showing) with Tightening Torque 1.2 Nm±10%. And M4X8 5PCS (Blue circle showing) with Tightening Torque 2.5 Nm±10%. (The screws Position shown in below pic.) .Then move out the PCBA carefully. Loosen and fasten the screw to specified torque.
