Insufficient refrigerant quantity 2. Cabin Solenoid valve not opening 3. Compressor is not working as per desired speed 4. Clogging of expansion valve 5. Mixing of POE and PAG oil 6. Air ducts clogged. 7. Kinematics jammed 1. Recover and Recharge refrigerant 2. Check and correct solenoid valve 3. Check software 4. Replace expansion valve 5. Remove compressor and replace oil. Also flush AC system with R&R machine. 6. Repair air ducts. 7. Repair/Replace kinematics. 4 Cold air comes out only intermittently 1. Electrical connections loose near compressor. 2. Compressor is cutting off based on its body temperature. 3. AC relay faulty. 4. Expansion valve faulty. 5. Wiring connection faulty. 6. Faulty thermistor cut-in and/or cut-off setting. 7. BCS system getting on frequently 1. Check and correct electrical connections 2. Check oil quantity, Condenser fan working, Refrigerant quantity and System pressure, 3. Replace faulty relay. 4. Check expansion valve. 5. Repair as necessary. 6. Replace thermistor. 7.
