SUSPENSION 38 FITMENT OF REAR GEN 3 BEARING 1. Fix the hub assembly with Gen3 bearing as per following procedure. GEN-3 BEARING MOUNTING PROCEDURE A. It requires specific care for bolt tightening sequence and torque value. B. Sequences of bolt tightening of inner flange into the knuckle normally carried out as described in view C. Apply thread locker to all bolts. Tightening torque of 2-3 kg.m (pre-tension) is applied to bolts is in sequence of 1-3-2-4. D. Final tightening torque of 7.65 kg.m must be then applied with same sequence. E. Bolt tightening sequence must be followed to avoid abnormal residual face deformation of gen-3 bearing. NOTE: Apply adhesive thread locker HS TS: 25408 on bearing mounting allen screws (thread locker code no: 56506 002562) before fitment. 2. Fix the Brake Disc. 3. Assemble the Brake Caliper Assembly with Brake Hose. 4. Connect Electrical connection on Brake Caliper with EPB. 5. Fix the Wheels.
