Fig. 35 NOTE : If both the slots are not aligned with timing plate, remove flywheel locking pin & then turn crank shaft through 360o rotation, then try fitting timing plate, with flywheel locking pin in position. Relieve timing belt tension by loosening tensioner roller assembly. Fig. 36 Remove timing belt and subsequently remove flywheel locking pin. Cylinder head : Disconnect oil separator connecting hoses from and to inlet manifold, crank case, sump. Remove mounting of blowby pipe mounting bracket fitted on inlet manifold. Remove oil separator.
