ENGINE 121 Fig. 13 Pressure Relief Valve Fig. 14 Oil pressure switch 8 Mount housing cover to housing and tighten mounting screws to specified torque. 9 Install pressure relief valve body, plunger and spring into oil pump housing cover Fig. 13 and tighten the cap to specified torque. 10 Mount strainer to housing cover and tighten mounting screws to specified torque Oil Filter Spin on type filter with dust holding capacity - 20 gms. Oil filter to be hand tightened only. The oil filter to be removed and replaced after specified kms. Oil Filter removal & Fitment procedure: REMOVAL: 1. Remove the front engine guard located below the vehicle 2. Drain the oil from the engine 3. Unscrew the Oil filter using the spanner (Part No. 2699 5890 18 02 ) 4. Use tool 2699 580 1804 to avoid oil spill. FITMENT: 1. Take a new oil filter and fill oil in it so that cartridge gets soaked and also When the engine is started oil can immediately flow to the engine bearings.The time required to attain correct pressure is reduced. 2. Place the seal on the adapter groove and apply oil to it for lubrication during Tightening. 3. Insert the filter in the adapter and screw the filter with the spanner. 4. Fill the engine oil and fix the guard.
