ENGINE 76 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Cylinder Head Cover Before removal of cylinder head cover, remove the following parts for accessibility to head cover cap nuts : Allow the engine to cool down to room temperature. ● Remove the bonnet. ● Remove wiper motor cover behind bonnet (fig. 1). ● Remove wind shield wipers, linkages, wiper motor. ● Unscrew the bolts of the sheet metal cover under the wiper motor cover. ● Remove the cover (fig. 2). Cylinder Head Cover Removal: - 1. Loosen the hose clips securing the hose from air intake system (Intercooler to air intake elbow and pull out the hose connecting pipe to air intake elbow (fig. 3).
