TRANSFER CASE 34 3. Install the new oil seal, by pressing it into the case. 4. Make sure that all parts are correctly and firmly installed into the case. 5. Position the output shaft (1) in transfer case and install the end yoke assembly (2), oil seal (3), washer (4) and nut (5). 6. Holding the end yoke with the help of yoke holder, tighten the nut. NOTE Apply the torque as given in the tightening torque table. 7. Invert the case assembly on the rework fixture for further assembly. C. ASSEMBLY OF REDUCTION SHIFT ASSEMBLY 1. Assemble the reduction hub and reduction fork assembly to the case.
