GEAR BOX 6450 42 42. Insert the 5th, 6th gear shifter shaft on to intermediate plate. 43. Ensure the proper alignment of swing fork and 5th, 6th shifter dogs and then assemble it with 5th, 6th shifter sleeve on counter shaft. NOTE: Ensure the “S” distance (Which is smallest one) of fork arm towards reverse shifter shaft as shown in below figure.
