Measure the combined width of 5th gear main shaft, spacer, 6th gear main shaft and lock plate (reverse gear). C. THICKNESS OF SPACER (X) = 112.25 - C. D. Select the spacer thickness of measured dimension (X) to be inserted in the main shaft. 34. Control dimension is to be measured as per shim selection procedure below: A. To achieve the control dimension 68.75 +/- 0.05 mm is for highlighted parts as shown below.
