VEHICLE POWER MODE BCM operates various power modes of the vehicle and communicates same to all the other controllers in the vehicle based on the functional requirements. 4.1 BATTERY SAVER FUNCTIONALITY 4.1.1 Description The battery saver feature shall disconnect the inadvertent load from the battery after the elapse of preconfigured time or if battery voltage falls below pre-configured level. BCM shall control the battery saver function to save the battery of the vehicle from getting discharged to such an extent that the vehicle cannot be started. If the user forgets to switch OFF any of the interior lights, then BCM shall switch off the lights by switching OFF the battery saver output.
