BODY 24 15. FRONT DOOR LATCH SR. NO DESCRIPTION 1 Cable between inner handle to latch 2 Latch 3 Link between lock barrel to latch 4 Link between outer handle to latch REMOVAL 1. Remove the door trim. (For procedure refer door trim removal process.) 2. Disconnect electrical connector at the latch end. 3. Remove door inner lock handle. (For procedure refer door inner lock handle removal process.) 4. Disconnect the inner handle cable from the door inner lock handle. 5. Loosen and remove three door latch mounting screws.(Tightening torque – 0.5-0.65 Kg-m) 6. Disconnect the link between lock barrel and latch from the lock barrel end. 7. Disconnect the outer handle link from the outer handle end. 8. Remove the door latch. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
