ELECTRICAL 41 e) Bolt tightening sequence must be followed to avoid abnormal residual face deformation of gen-3 bearing. f) Apply adhesive thread locker on bearing mounting screw before tighten to RTB 4. Tighten the cross bolt of the twist beam. NOTE Twist beam Bolt to be tighten in ECIE / Preloading condition. 5. Fix the brake lines and parking brake cable mounting on the torsion beam. 6. Fix the back plate assembly along with brake shoes and stub axle to the torsion beam. 7. Fit the brake drum. 8. Fix the shock absorber and coil spring to the torsion beam. (Refer the re-fitment of shock absorber and coil springs). 9. Top up the brake fluid and carry out the bleeding of brakes. (Refer brakes). NOTE 1. Springs having same color code should be assemble on LH & RH with correct orientation. 2. Axle system to be install and fasteners for Pivot Bush and Damper Bottom Bush to be tighten. 3. All fasteners to be paint marked after torque tightening is done. 4. Jack should not be place below RTB. 5. After assembly, check bearing for smooth running. hub should not drag while rotating. 6. Torque tightening speed for the fasteners must be 10 to 15 rpm while using Electrical torqueing. 7. No nonmetal / metal burr, debris, impurity allowed on fastener, fastener bearing surface or surface where fastener will sit while assembly. 8. Unless otherwise specified, no oil/lubricant/thread locker allowed on fastener, fastener bearing surface or surface where fastener will sit while assembly. 9. All self-locking type fasteners are not to be reused once joint is dismantle. 10.Suspension system (RTB, Dampers, ARB Clamp, spring mounting points on BIW, to be free from any coating.
