Assemble the water pump pipe and seal by using special tool. SPECIAL TOOL Tool-Water pipe installation:- 5424 5890 20 02 VI. Assembly of Accessories driving Belt 1. Assemble the Belt tensioner. 2. Rotate the tensioner point by using ring spanner anticlockwise to assemble the accessory driving belt easily. 3. Assemble the Cylinder Head Cover to the engine & carefully placed the rubber gasket apart. NOTE Ensure the Cylinder head cover gasket not to be reused.
