1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 93 CLOSED COUPLED CATALYTIC CONVERTER REMOVAL 1. Remove the mounting bolts of the front exhaust pipe and disconnect front pipe. 2. Disconnect electrical connection to both lambda sensor. 3. Remove the heat shield of CCC. 4. Loosen and remove CCC mounting bracket bolts from both sides. ( one side each) 5. Loosen and remove the intake manifold nuts. 6. Remove the CCC. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque.
