KRYOTEC ENGINE 166 39. Install the 1860815000 crankshaft rotation tool (1). 40. Rotate the tensioner (1a) to relieve drive belt tension and remove the accessory drive belt (1b). 41. Remove the bolts (2) and the crankshaft pulley. 42. Remove the bolt (3) and the idler pulley. 43. Remove the bolt (4) and the tensioner. 44. Remove the screws (1a) and the timing belt cover (1b). 45. Remove the bolts (2a) and the right engine mount bracket (2b). 46. Loosen the tensioner bolt (1a) and remove the timing belt (1b). 47. Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) from the vacuum pump. 48. Remove the bolts (2) and the intake manifold support bracket.
