CLOGGED EVAPORATOR RESULTS IN LESS AIR FLOW AND REDUCED COOLING 5 ADJUST FRESH AIR AND HEATER CABLE PROPERLY TO CLOSE DAMPER’S FIRMLY. UNADJUSTED CABLE WILL RESULT IN MIXING OF HOT AIR WITH COOL AIR. 6 EDUCATE CUSTOMER ON PROPER USAGE OF A/C CONTROLS (REFER OWNERS MANUAL). PROPER USAGE OF A/C CONTROL WILL GIVE OPTIMUM COOLING. 7 ADJUST PROPER ENGINE RPM. LESS RPM WILL RESULT IN STALLING OF ENGINE AND LESS COOLING. 8 CHECK COOLANT LEVEL AND ENSURE PROPER TUNING OF ENGINE THIS WILL PREVENT OVERHEATING OF ENGINE 9 CHECK PROPER BELT TENSION. LOOSE BELT WILL SLIP AND OVER TIGHT BELT WILL RESULT IN NOISE AND PREMATURE FAILURE OF MAGNETIC CLUTCH OF THE COMPRESSOR. 10 WHEN USING HEATER AIWASY TURN ON THE A/C THIS WILL AVOID THE FOGGING Sr. NO. THIS WILL RESULT IN PREMATURE FAILURE OF COMPRESSOR. 4 DO NOT LEAK CHECK THE A/C SYSTEM WITH MORE THAN 20 KG/CM’ PRESSURE. HIGHER PRESSURE MAY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO A/C COMPONENTS. 5 DO NOT LEAVE A/C JOINTS OPEN. MOISTURE TENDS TO ENTER THE A/C SYSTEM IF THE JOINTS REMAIN OPEN FOR LONG TIME 6 DO NOT CHARGE REFRIGERANT IN THE A/C SYSTEM WITHOUT CARRYING OUT PROPER VACUUM.
