ENGINE COMPONENTS 21 Installation: 1. Clamp the radiator outlet hose properly. 2. Tighten all the screws of coolant tank as per specified torque. (10 Nm). 3. Clamp the coolant inlet hose properly. NOTE To remove air trap from the radiator, fill coolant in coolant tank until it drains out from radiator drain outlet. 4. Tighten the drain plug. 5. Fill the coolant up to its maximum level marked on coolant tank.
