ENGINE 273 MPFI 145 ENGINE • Fit the timing gear properly by locating the key on shaft. • Fit the TDC sensor & measure the gap between TDC sensor and the sensor wheel. This should be within specified limit. CAUTION RPM sensor & sensor wheel gap : 1.00 ± 0.05 mm • Tighten the damper pulley mounting bolt to the specified torque. NOTE Damper pulley : 1. Single ‘V’ for engine without AC/HVAC, 2. Double ‘V’ for engine with AC/HVAC. • Place the cylinder head gasket. • Place the cylinder head on the block. • Tighten the mounting bolts of the cylinder head to the specified torque and sequence.
