Near Connection of Pressure regulator) P1096 Fuel System Leak detected( Fine Leak ) Leakage on High Pressure side OFF ON (Blinking) ON P1103 Internal Leakage through Pressure Regulator Valve Pressure regulator valve fault OFF ON ON 1) Blocked fuel line 2) Leaky Pressure regulator 3) Leaky Tank Valves 4) Injector delay time not correct 5) Leaky Injector P1104 Internal Leakage through Tank Valves Tank valve faulty OFF ON ON P1105 Tank pressure sensor Open/ Short Circuit "Open Circuit OFF ON OFF 1) Loose/ Damaged Connections or Intermittent fault. 2) Sensor supply line Short circuit to Battery/ Ground. 3) Sensor Signal line Short circuit to Battery/ Sensor Supply/Ground. 4) Check the continuity from sensor connector pins to the ECU pins.( ECU pin 109-Sensor pin 1; ECU pin 104-Sensor Pin 2; ECU pin 125- Sensor pin 3). 5) Check for back out of pins at both Sensor connector and ECU connector. 6) Check for damage of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector. 7) Faulty Pressure sensor. 8) Faulty ECU. P1106 Rail Temperature sensor Open/ Short Circuit Short Circuit OFF ON ON 1) Loose/ Damaged Connections or Intermittent fault. 2) Sensor supply line Short circuit to Battery/ Ground. 3) Sensor Signal line Short circuit to Battery/ Sensor Supply/Ground. 4) Check the continuity from sensor connector pins to the ECU pins.( ECU pin 208-Sensor pin 1; ECU pin 225-Sensor Pin 2; ECU pin 226- Sensor pin 3 ECU pin 137- Sensor Pin 4). 5) Check for back out of pins at both Sensor connector and ECU connector. 6) Check for damage of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector. 7) Faulty Rail Temperature sensor or resistance in the temperature line. 8) Faulty ECU P1107 Rail Pressure Signal Plausibility Failure "Open Circuit OFF ON ON
