ELECTRICAL 3 Disconnect Starter motor solenoid terminal. Loosen starter motor mounting bolt (M8x120) using T Wrench. Loose starter motor mounting bolt (M8x35) using spanner. Removal of Solenoids Remove the motor terminal nut. Unscrew the solenoid mounting bolts. Withdraw the Solenoid from the housing; carefully dislodge the plunger rod from the lever. NOTE While un-tightening the motor terminal and solenoid terminal nuts, care should be taken that spanner does not hit the solenoid cap and break.
