Heater is ON in control panel 2. Condenser is clogged Put the Temperature knob in Max COLD position Clean the condenser 13 The Air coming through Dashboard Vents has bad odour 1. Odour producing substances on evaporator / evaporator case 1. Discharge the system. 2. Remove Cockpit & HVAC. 3. Clean the evaporator 4. Assemble HVAC & Cockpit. 5. Evacuate the system 6. Charge refrigerant gas & oil qty. 7. Check performance by ODT/ CDT. 2. Condensate has got collected in bottom of evaporator Check the drain grommet. 14 Frequent Tripping 1. Thermistor is malfunctioning Check & Replace thermistor 2. Filter has got clogged with debris Clean Filter 15 Outlet Grill temperatures are very low + Airflow is less + water droplets are coming from Air vents Frozen evaporator coil because of faulty thermistor Check & replace thermistor
