Remove the pin (2a) and remove the timing chain moving plate (2b).( Refer fig 14) 26. Remove the timing driven pulley (3a) together with the chain (3b) and the timing drive pulley (1c). (Refer fig 14) 27. Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the mobile timing chain tensioner (1b). (Refer fig 14) 28. Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the timing chain fixed pad (1b). Installation: Fol low appropriate reverse order of removal procedure.
