ENGINE 1.3L QUADRAJET (90PS) 19 15. Lock the flywheel using flywheel locking pin (part no. 2871 5890 06 75) 13. Remove all fasteners of engine mounting bracket and take it out. 14. Disconnect blow by connection from timing cover. 16. Remove the bolt (1a) and remove the engine components single belt moving tensioner (1b) 17. Completely remove the fixing bolts (2a) loosened previously and remove the crankshaft pulley (2b). 18. Remove the nuts and remove the coolant pump (3b) complete with gasket. 19. Completely remove the left-hand threaded bolt (1a) using external torx E18 socket and remove the pulley mounting flange (1b) on the crankshaft.
