ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (75PS) 27 44.Remove the injector fastening bracket nut (1). 45.Keep the washer (2a) and the tapered washer (2b). 46. Remove the injectors (3a), one at a time, using the tool (3b) part no. 287158900644 (Extractor) and tool (3c) part no 287158900652 (Extractor). ATTENTION Q If the injectors are being reused, mark the cylinder to which they belong so that they can be correctly refitted. If a new injector/s is fitted, run the initialisation procedure using an Examiner. 47.Remove the injectors complete with bracket. NOTE Q Replace the copper injector seals, do not reuse them. 48.Repeat the above procedure to remove the remaining pair of injectors. 49.Remove the injector dust seals (4) from the single camshaft housing. NOTE Q These dust seals are replaced each time they are removed. 50.Remove the bolts (1a) and (1b) and remove the camshaft housing assembly (1c). 51.Remove the seal (2). 52.Loosen the collar and disconnect the condensed engine oil recovery pipe (1), oil vapour separator side.
