Revotron 1.2T 109 13. Remove Crankcase Rear Cover with Rear oil seal. 14. Remove the main bearing caps, by removing the mounting bolts. 15. Remove crankshaft main bearing shells and thrust washers from bearing 4th from cylinder block. NOTE • While removing Main Bearing shell, mark on its back in case of reuse. 16. Remove the crankshaft. 17. Remove Piston cooling Nozzles with Gasket from the cylinder block.
