Revotron 1.2T 89 17. Disconnect the clutch cable connection from the transaxle. 18. Remove front two tyres. 19. Disconnect the left and right drive shafts from the vehicle. 20. Use suitable belt/chain to fix a zip crane to the engine lifting hooks located at front and rear of the engine. 21. Raise the crane slightly up until very light pressure is applied to the engine. 22. Remove the nuts on Engine 'B' mounting bracket. 23. Remove the “A”- mounting bracket nuts (3 nos). 24. Remove the “C” mount bracket. 25. Now move the two post lift upwards and place the support stand, under the engine. (Use a suitable wooden block or other support for additional height as necessary.) SPECIAL TOOL • Engine Support stand -: 2702 5890 24 01 26. Now slightly lower the lift until , engine and transaxle assembly is securely placed / fix on the support stand. 27. Disconnect the lifting crane from the engine. CAUTION • Use care when raising the vehicle off the engine and transaxle assembly. Verify all components and electrical connections are disconnected prior to raising the vehicle, or vehicle damage occur. 28. Now carefully move the lift up.
