AIR CONDITIONING 44 11.18.6 FATC control Panel The climate control system is managed automatically by an electronic control unit known as the control panel which has a built in algorithm to maintain the CCM settings, conditions set by the user. The layout of the knobs and pushbuttons on the control panel are as below. FATC Controls 1. Blower Speed Control Knob 2. AC Compressor ON/OFF Button 3. ECON (Economy Mode) Button 4. Windshield Defrost Button 5. Rear Defogger / Demister Button FATC:- FULLY AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: FATC system controls the in-cabin Temperature of the vehicle automatically and provides maximum passenger convenience regardless of outside weather conditions. CAUTION: If the display flashes ‘ERR’ in periodic pattern (Display will show ‘ERR’ for 5 sec. and set temperature for 30 sec.),It indicates FATC malfunctioning. Switch over to manual mode and contact TATA MOTORS authorized service station. 6 Air Recirculation Button 7 Air Flow Mode Button 8. AC Blower OFF Button 9. Temperature Control Knob 10. Auto Mode 11. Incab Sensor 1. BLOWER SPEED CONTROL KNOB : A. Rotate the knob clockwise to increase the blower speed up to MAX 7 speed, where as anticlockwise would reduce the speed up to ‘SPEED 1 B. In ‘AUTO’ mode, the FATC system will regulate the blower speed automatically.
