SUSPENSION 41 INSTALLATION 1. Install twist beam front pivot bush using special tools as shown in below arrangement. 2. Tighten the cross bolt of the twist beam fig. 3. Lift and properly position the twist beam along with bracket. 4. Tighten the four bolts of bracket on both sides. 5. Fix the brake lines and parking brake cable mounting on the torsion beam. 6. Fix the back plate assembly along with brake shoes and stub axle to the torsion beam. 7. Fit the brake drum. 8. Fix the shock absorber and coil spring to the torsion beam. (Refer the refitment of shock absorber and coil springs) 9. Top up the brake fluid and carry out the bleeding of brakes. (Refer brakes).
