The precondition for “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON b. Gear box in Neutral c. Engine is OFF d. Press brake during Routine. 2. Perform “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine in service Tool. 3. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec.(Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec) 4. Before replacing TCU which is present in vehicle, read the data from TCU through “Read Statistical Data” in Service Tool. 5. Store the data in Diagnostic tool. 6. Remove the two connectors from TCU. 7. Replace the new TCU. 8. Connect all connectors to the TCU. 9. Connect the Diagnostics tool to OBD connector. 10. Perform “Write Statistical Data” routine in Service Tool. 11. Switch OFF and then switch ON Ignition. 12. Write the VIN number inside the TCU. 13. The precondition for “Grid Self Tuning” routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON b. Gear box in Neutral c. Engine is OFF 14. Perform “Grid Self Tuning” routine through service Tool. 15. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec). 16. The precondition for “Variant Coding” as are as below: a. Ignition ON. b. Gear box in Neutral c. Engine is OFF 17. Perform “Variant Coding” through service Tool. 18. After the above operation (Variant coding is must for vehicle cranking), ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec). 19. Turn On the Ignition. Then crank the engine and ensure that engine is running. 20. Ensure that following precondition “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON
