TA6300 AMT KIT 3 AMT KIT REMOVAL ON VEHICLE (FROM TOP) 1. Take out all electrical connection from battery. 2. Remove Battery & Battery Tray. 3. Loosen fuse box assembly 4. Loosen ECU connector & front wiring. 5. Remove Transmission (Trans link) link cable. 6. Remove Heater Hose Bracket. 7. Remove Heater hoses from one end (Fire wall side) and kept tie at top to avoid coolant spill. 8. Engine Hold on crane for adjustment “Z” direction movement. 9. Loosen B mount by removing B mount nut. 10. Remove AMT KIT mounting hardware. 11. Use vent cap for AMT oil Reservoir. 12. Remove Engine manifold air pressure sensor connector. 13. Finally remove AMT KIT from top side. 3 TIGHTENING TORQUES AND CONSTRUCTIONAL DETAILS:- Precautions:- 1. The fasteners should be tightened to following specified torque. If the fasteners are not tightened to specified torque that is either over tightened or under tightened. It will result in leakage at joints & damage to the parts/threads. It will also adversely affect the performances of the parts / system because various clearances / bearing plays in the aggregates are governed by the recommended torques of the fasteners. 2. When choosing the torque wrench, remember that it should not be subjected to torque exceeding three fourth of its capacity. 3. Before tightening, clean the threads and apply a little lubricating oil if required.
