1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 114 5. Insert exhaust front pipe with pre silencer assembly into rubber hanger. (Ensure proper orientation of exhaust front pipe with pre silencer assy. rubber hangers) 6. Insert exhaust rear pipe assembly into exhaust front pipe with presilencer up to stopper touch. Just hand tighten the fasteners of pipe in pipe joint clamp. 7. Tight the bracket on front pipe bolt by pneumatic tool & apply tightening torque 2.5 kgf.m. 8. Tight the pipe in pipe joint clamp nut by pneumatic tool & apply tightening torque 4.5 kgf.m. NOTE Ensure flex bellow should not be pre stress or bend as shown in below figure & also ensure proper orientation of rubber hangers
