P060C-07: Level 3 Intervention-system problem Overview: ISO Code P060C-07 Customer Symptom Transmission Fault Lamp ON, No gearshifts , Vehicle not cranking, Vehicle not picking up, sudden shift to neutral while driving, engine stopping, gear shift request by lever disabled Fault Effects (On Vehicle) No gearshifts , Vehicle not cranking, Vehicle not picking up, sudden shift to neutral while driving, engine stopping, gear shift request by lever disabled Lamp Status (If Any) Transmission Fault Lamp ON Fault Detection Condition This fault gets detected after Ignition On if safety microprocessor detects main microprocessor integrity failure Normal Operating Condition TCU Main microprocessor functioning properly Probable Trouble Area TCU damage Healing Condition Next power ON Component Details: The Problem may occur due to an internal damage to TCU or any missing input. Preliminary Checks: 1) Check for other DTC’s present in the AMT system and rectify them first. 2) Check the CAN wiring (pins 25 & 28) and resistance. 3) Check for proper functioning of EMS and Instrument cluster 4) Battery voltage. 5) Check clutch speed and vehicle speed sensor and gear lever connections. 6) Check for damage or back out of pins at TCU connectors. 7) Check for mechanical fitments of the kit and kit components damage (TCU to valve body, clutch lever interface, kit oil level, clutch sensor etc) 8) Check correct fitment of ground cable connections on vehicle chassis (tightness, corrosion of mounting bolts etc.) . Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1 At the first instance of the fault, clear the DTC and run the vehicle in all gears for about 10 kms, does the fault recur? Go to Step 2 Release the vehicle to the customer after final drive test 2 Check Battery and Ignition supplies at pins 1,3and 5 respectively. Both are correct? Go to Step 3 rectify harness connections as per the circuit schematic 3 Is there any pin back out/damage/rust/oxidation observed on TCU Connector? Clean or repair or replace connector Go to Step4 4 Fault Still Persists? Go to Step 5 Follow the steps again for reconfirmation
